With a traditional ‘unconditional’ auction sale the buyer must pay their 10% non-refundable deposit immediately and completion is set at 28 days (unless otherwise stipulated). This provides the seller (and buyer) with security and speed, and takes away much of the stress associated with the normal property sale process which can be lengthy.
  • The transaction is completely transparent, ensuring that as a seller, you have secured the ‘best price’ in the market at that time. With all bids being visible to all bidders there is no secrecy in the bidding process.
  • With the ‘conditional’ auction route, sometimes referred to as Modern Method of Auction (MMoA), the buyers commit to the purchase by paying a ‘non-refundable’ reservation fee and are given an extended period of up to 56 days in which to complete on the transaction with you.
